Teleperformance employing people from all across the world, handles telephone based customer service projects on a global basis. You Mission To receive and handle telephone and chatting/website inquiries and provide support in German. The Job Receiving inquiries through telephone, the website and chatting applications within a customer service team Acting as the first point of contact for all German speaking clients Pro-actively respond to customer queries in German and English either via chatting applications or inbound calls Data input and information management Liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues This is a project based environment and there are real opportunities to develop within the role and also within the company itself The Company Offers 14 Months salary Relocation Package Full Insurance Coverage (IKA) Induction (full time/1week duration) and Ongoing Training Modern and Pleasant Environment | |
