| Bewerberauffoderungen: | Software Engineer CS Technology ** Your profile: * Minimum B.S. Computer Science or relevant engineering degree. * Several years documented experience in application development * A thorough understanding of Microsoft development tools/languages especially .Net and C#, Web technology, SQL databases, and MS Office tools are required; other programming languages and technologies e.g. Java, ASP, PHP etc are a plus. * Documented experience in the implementation and maintenance of Document Management Systems especially LiveLink from OpenText. * Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes and experience in working with process and/or workflow management systems * Experience in (IT) Project Management * Strong problem definition skills: documented experience collecting data, establishing key facts through analysis of the data, and reaching valid conclusions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to describe complex processes in a simple form with the necessary level of detail * Proven skills in documenting and editing technical texts (process documentation) are a must | |
| Arbeitbeschreibung: | Software Engineer CS Technology (m/f) * You will help implement and support systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet European customer service needs. The technologies you will employ include MS .Net, C# and/or Visual Basic, MS SQL and Oracle databases, and similar technologies. You will provide implementations that comply with existing standards for operational excellence (systems availability and project execution). * You will also be responsible for helping Customer Support operations to specify their needs, for designing and developing solutions, coordinating application roll-outs, and providing maintenance. You will be expected to establish and follow policies and procedures for applications and infrastructure implementation, administration and problem resolution. * The primary responsibilities for the position will include the on-going support and implementation of our in-house DMS solution. For this reason a strong familiarity with DMS systems, especially LiveLink. | |
